Return & Refund Policy

At Ladyheart Enterprises, LLC (including Soul Scribbled Stories Publishing, LuminLeaf Publications, and Soul Scribbled Kitchen), we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are made-to-order or printed specifically for each purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

➤ No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
• Changing your mind
• Delayed shipping by the carrier
• Mis-typed addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

➤ Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace it for you.

To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include the following:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
3. A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

➤ Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows an item as delivered but you have not received it:

• Please check with neighbors, your household members, or your local post office first.
• If the package cannot be located, we can assist you with filing a claim through the shipping carrier, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

➤ Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees if the package is returned to us.

➤ Digital Products

All digital downloads, e-books, printables, templates, and AI-generated content are non-refundable.
